SparkYouth is proud to introduce you to the members of our newly launched Cofactor Council!
Formed in Spring of 2024, the Cofactor Council is a select group of professionals from a variety of fields who are passionate about SparkYouth and dedicated to helping us achieve our mission of igniting opportunity for NYC youth. Over the last 8 months they’ve…
- Visited and volunteered with SparkYouth Grantees
- Served as our scholarship review committee and awarded 72 scholarships to rising college freshmen in our grantee programs
- Supported our 30th Anniversary Gala by volunteering and donating (and encouraging others to do the same!)
- Dedicated time to learning about the nonprofit sector and how they can best support NYC youth
- Rallied their networks to help us prepare 350 packages of essential items for young people in our grantee programs

Our Cofactor Council has launched a Spirit of Giving Campaign to raise critical funds for SparkYouth’s innovative and impactful grantees!
They’re on a mission to raise $30,000 in honor of SparkYouth’s 30th Anniversary.
